Welcome to Global Village! Get ready to showcase global cultures to over 14,000+ attendees, including foreign students and international diplomats.
1. Team & Application

Team Size: Each stall must be managed by a team of 1 to 5 members.

Registration: All teams must fill out the official circulation form.

Preferences: Submit top 3 stall preferences: 1 from Platinum/States/Cricket and 2 from Gold/Silver.

Declaration: Mention specific product(s) you intend to sell in the form.
2. Product Selection
This brochure contains a list of suggested highly-profitable items. All products must be strictly related to the country/category you represent.
⚠️ Every product must be officially approved by the Organizing Team before sale.
3. Booking & Payment
March 23rd: All registered teams must be present at the designated venue for in-person portal access.
First Come First Served: Stalls will be allocated strictly to those who successfully purchase them online when the portal goes live.
Immediate Payment required on March 23rd after securing your stall.
Liability Notice: IAS is not liable for any network or technical glitch that occurs during purchase of stalls.

2-Day Commitment: No single-day options allowed.
Food Policy: Only packaged food is allowed to be sold.
Code of Conduct: Misbehavior leads to immediate disqualification with no refund.
Final Authority: Organizing Board decisions are final regarding all disputes.
